Registration

Participation at the 4th Annual Business of Personalized Medicine Summit is limited to registered attendees. All registration fees include access to Summit sessions, networking opportunities, program materials, breakfast, lunch, and the closing reception, plus admission to the First Pitch: Personalized Medicine demo day presented by the California Technology Council.

An official BPM Summit name badge is required for admittance to all sessions and events. Name badges and program materials will be available for pickup at the BPM Summit registration table located in the South San Francisco Conference Center main lobby beginning at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

Rates

Regular Registration from February 22 through March 28, 2017:

  • $295 Corporate/Professional Services
  • $150 Faculty/Non-Profit/Student

Early Registration through February 21, 2017:

  • $245 Corporate/Professional Services
  • $95 Faculty/Non-Profit/Student

Payment/Confirmation

All registration forms must be accompanied by payment for the full amount of registration. Registrations will not be processed without full payment. An email confirmation will be sent once registration is processed.

Speakers

Speakers will be registered automatically on a rolling basis as they are confirmed by Summit organizers.

Cancellations/Refunds

The event will be hosted rain or shine and the cancellation/refund policy will be strictly upheld. Notification of registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to BPM Summit. Refunds will be granted, minus a $50 processing fee, for cancellations received through March 6, 2017. No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after March 6, 2017. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but BPM Summit reserves the right to refund after the event is concluded if necessary. Substitutions

Registration substitutions from the same company or institution are permitted at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to BPM Summit and received on or before March 13, 2017. Be sure to include the name and email address of the substitute when you contact BPM Summit. Instructions will then be sent to the new participant to complete their registration. To notify BPM Summit of a substitution, please contact Allison Jones at ajones@personalizedmedicinesummit.com.
